These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fence Tech website and the way we provide estimates, consultations, and fencing work. By using this site or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to request estimates, consultations, or work. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.
2. Estimates, Quotes & Free Consultations
- Submitting a form on this site is a request for service or an estimate. It does not create a binding contract until we confirm and both parties agree on scope and price.
- Free estimates and quoted prices are based on the information you provide and an on-site assessment. Final pricing may change if site conditions, materials, measurements, or scope differ from what was first described.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Material costs and availability can change.
3. Services & Scheduling
- We provide residential and commercial fence installation, repair, and consultation in Oklahoma.
- Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, permitting, and utility-locate requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply issues, permitting, locating underground utilities, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.
- You are responsible for ensuring property lines are accurate and for obtaining any required permissions (for example, from a homeowners' association or shared-fence neighbor) before work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Before any digging, underground utilities must be located. In Oklahoma this is done by calling 811. We will coordinate as agreed, but you remain responsible for disclosing private lines (sprinklers, low-voltage wiring, etc.) not covered by public locates.
4. Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on workmanship for new installations, unless a different period is stated in your written agreement. This warranty:
- Covers defects in our installation workmanship under normal use.
- Does not cover manufacturer material defects (which may carry their own separate manufacturer warranty), normal wear, weathering, settling, damage from storms, floods, vehicles, animals, vandalism, misuse, or alterations made by others.
- Requires that you notify us promptly of any covered issue so we can inspect and remedy it.
This is a limited warranty and is the exclusive remedy for workmanship issues. The specific terms in your signed estimate or contract control if they differ from this summary.
5. Payment & Cancellation
- Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set out in your written estimate or contract.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Deposits and any costs already incurred (custom materials, permits) may be non-refundable as described in your agreement.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided "as is" for general information and may contain errors or become out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fence Tech disclaims all implied warranties regarding the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fence Tech's total liability arising out of or relating to the website or any service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Fence Tech name, logo, site design, text, and images are owned by or licensed to Fence Tech and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our site may link to or use third-party services (such as form delivery, mapping, reviews, or analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services, which have their own terms and policies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
